Parking Garage Bathroom Found to be Missing Critical Sign

WICHITA — A recent contract audit for a parking operation in the City of Topeka found the city’s parking operator failed to post an integral bathroom sign. The sign “If you sprinkle when you tinkle, please be neat and wipe the seat” has been an industry staple for parking garage bathrooms for as long as experts can remember. “I’m flabbergasted,” says Kyle Hendricks, CPAM, Parking and Mobility Consultant with some P name Parking Company. “I’ve never entered a parking garage bathroom and not seen this sign. No doubt this has led to a massive increase in taxpayer dollars from porters having to spend extra time cleaning the bathroom stalls,” says Hendricks. At press time, the operator has yet to post the sign.
